This model tends to slide into the next one: when a ruled people refuses to accept permanent subordination, 'emigration' becomes the proposed answer.

Rooted in the Likud platform of 1977 ('between the Sea and the Jordan there will only be Israeli sovereignty') and later right-wing plans; measure support before quoting a number.
